3. Ward of NHI needs to charge a cleaning fee.

4. Single Suite needs to charge a difference fee from NHI.

1. Each reprint of NHI receipt details is NT 20 per paper.

2. Medical certificate in English is NT200 per paper ,and Medical certificate in Chinese is NT100 per paper.

3. Medical record correlation data in English (such the report of pathological section) is NT200 per paper.

4. Others medical supplies charge as hospital announcement in information desk.
